Appearance: Light ruby red with violet reflections that enhance its discreet and elegant character.
Nose: Very delicate with notes of currant, blueberry, dog rose and violet that harmoniously combine with the scent of mountain herbs to complete the olfactory picture
Palate: Elegant and well-balanced with hints of red fruit followed by light spice that enriches its complexity and pleasantness. The tannins are soft and perfectly integrated with a very characteristic freshness.
Best With: Cold meats in general, fresh cheeses, white meats and pasta with mushrooms.
