The Winery
Much ground has been covered since Umberto Levorato in 1928, and later Gino and Giovanni, Umberto’s brother and son respectively, sold their wines in barrels or demijohns in the city of Venice and towns along the Brenta Canal. Today, global trade poses articulated and important challenges. To this end, the retructuring work that Cantina Levorato S.r.l. began in 2017 continues, putting in place an industrial plan that covered both the strengthening of production capacity and the strengthening of administration to adapt everything to the new requirements of national and international trade.
The production of
our wines
The production of Cantina Levorato Srl now focuses on three product ranges: – wine with a typical indication. – wine with controlled and controlled and guaranteed denomination of origin. – wine with organic certification. All these wines come from the most valuable Italian wine-growing areas such as Veneto, Friuli, Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily, and all this with a production and logistic capacity that can reach almost 100,000 bottles per day and shipments that cover all European and non-European countries. Every single customer need is screened, followed and fulfilled with great scruple and precision, as well as in the case of requests for special finishes such as fine packaging with limited edition wooden boxes or with a wax lacquer finish on the bottle cap.

The production
process
The bottling system today is guided by laser controls that follow every step of the industrial chain : from bottle washing, to filling, to packaging in the appropriate boxes. Everything is followed by pneumatic systems opportunemante supervised by highly specialized personnel who oversee all stages of production.So that the guarantee of an optimal final product is totally guaranteed.
