Appearance: Ruby red tending towards garnet with typical violet hues.
Nose: Complex and intense with notes of plum and cherry. Notes of light spice, white pepper and liquorice complete the olfactory picture.
Palate: It is velvety and expresses a full, soft body with hints of ripe red fruit, jam and dark spices. The well-oxygenated wine expresses hints of leather and tobacco that enrich its complexity. The tannins are soMantic and perfectly integrated and the acidity brings a pleasant freshness. The aftertaste is warm and elegant with hints of cigar box and toasted dried fruit.
Best With: Roasts, grilled red meats, steak, roast pork, cured meats in general and mature cheeses.
